Command Sergeant Major Bradford Webster hails from Palmdale, California and entered the Army in September 1997 and held a Military Occupational Specialty of 68W. SGM Webster attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of the 68th Medical Company (Air Ambulance) and the 3rd Brigade Combat Team “Rakkasans” 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).

CSM Webster last served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for Public Health Command Pacific, Tripler AMC, Hawaii. CSM Webster’s military education includes Sergeants Major Course (Class 70), Air Assault School, Senior Leaders Course, Army Recruiter Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Medical Evacuation Doctrine Course, Basic Instructor Training, Cold Weather Leaders Course, and Basic Leaders Course. He has earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from Excelsior College.
 
His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit,  Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Air Medal with Valor, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal with seven oak leaf clusters, Army Achievement medal with nine oak leaf clusters, Army Good Conduct Medal with two silver loops, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with two Campaign Stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, the NATO Medal with ISAF clasp, and the Multinational Force and Observers Medal with numeral two, and a Meritorious Unit Commendation. CSM Webster has earned the Expert Field Medical Badge, Basic Aviation Badge, Air Assault Badge, Recruiter Badge in Gold with three sapphire stars, Drivers badge, Schutzenschnur in Gold, and the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge in Gold. He is a member of the Order of Military Medical Merit and the Glen E. Morrell Order of Recruiting Excellence.
