Camp Atterbury Troop Medical Clinic (TMC), Indiana
Provides Role 1 support to Service Members in training and those supporting training. Health Service Support to Active Duty, U.S. Army Reserve, and Army Reserve National Guard members of First Army. Medical Validation for the Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce (AECW).

How to Make an Appointment
- Call the TMC mainline at 812-526-1120 to schedule.
- The following services are provided by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- PHA labs, require fasting after 10:00 pm the night prior.
- 35 and over, LIPIDS, Hgb A1C, and Fasting glucose.
- 40 and over includes the above labs in addition to an EKG.
- HEARING & OPTOMETRY Screenings.
- PHA PROVIDER PORTION, completed telephonically or in person.
- HIV lab, every two years
Important Information
The evening prior to your lab draw:
No food after 10:00 pm. You may have plain black coffee and we
highly encourage you to drink plenty of water the evening before and the morning of. Do not consume alcohol 24 hours prior to lab draw.
