Our Specialty Care Programs and Services

Allergy/Immunology Service: The Allergy and Immunology Clinic serves patients of all ages from infancy to seniors. Our staff of highly skilled clinicians and specialists are trained in the diagnosis and care of patients with chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, asthma, immunodeficiency and autoimmunity (immune dysregulation), urticaria and angioedema (hives), food, drug and insect allergies, etc.

Chiropractic: Our goal is to find where the pain is coming from, and why it is there, and to get you better as fast as possible, and then to keep the pain from returning.

Occupational Health: The Occupational Health Clinic works to reduce the risk and incidence of work related illnesses and injuries for Department of Defense personnel at Fort Knox.

Occupational Therapy: Occupational Therapy is a rehabilitation service for individuals with illnesses or injuries that prevent full participation in daily life activities, vocational (work) tasks, and leisure interests.

Neurology and Traumatic Brain Injury: The Neurology/Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic conducts neurological evaluations through one on one health assessments with our neurologists.

Physical Therapy: The Neurology/Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic conducts neurological evaluations through one on one health assessments with our neurologists.
