Walk-In Contraceptive Services
Ireland Army Health Clinic offers a walk-in contraceptive clinic where you can receive all your contraceptive care in one place. Regardless of your gender identity, you are eligible for care and counseling. We provide education on safe sexual practices, contraceptives, and prevention of sexually transmitted infections. Family planning services are available to all individuals of child-bearing age, including minors, who desire the services and supplies without any form of coercion and with the freedom to choose the method that suits them.
Services Offered
Contraception Counseling, Prescriptions, Refills, and Procedures:
- IUD insertion/removal (Paragard, Mirena, Skyla)
- Nexplanon Insertion/removal
- Rings (NuvaRing)
- Birth Control Pills and Patch
- Depo-Provera injection
- Emergency Contraception (Plan B, Paragard IUD)
- Condoms
- Vasectomy Preoperative Evaluations
*Pregnancy test may be required if initiating or restarting birth control and will be ordered at visit.*
How it Works
Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Please check in at the Primary Care Clinic.
