In tandem with Fort Knox INSTALLATION CLOSURE, Ireland Army Health Clinic in-person services and Pharmacy services will be CLOSED on Friday, January 10, 2025. Virtual appointments will continue for Primary Care and Behavioral Health services. Any changes to scheduled appointments will be communicated to patients by their care team. Patients can contact their care team via the MHS Genesis Patient Portal for any non-emergent needs. Our next Medical Readiness clinic will take place on January 15, 2025 at Bldg 2020. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will remain operational to support the installation.

Technical Support for MHS GENESIS

MHS GENESIS is the modern electronic health record that features a patient-focused portal, providing access to your medical records.

Since this is a new electronic health record, there are bound to be questions and technical issues with the system.

For technical assistance with issues accessing the Patient Portal, beneficiaries are encouraged to contact the Defense Manpower Data Center web support by calling 800-368-3665.
